Description: Anti-Human LXR beta Serum is developed in rabbit using recombinant human LXR beta produced in plants.
Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human LXR beta LBD (ligand binding domain) expressed in plants.
- ELISA: No data available.
- Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/10,000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.
Fig 1. Western Blot analysis of rhuman LXR beta using Anti-Human LXR beta Serum (RF0021)
Human LXR protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:6,000 of Anti-Human LXR beta Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 250 ng of rHuman LXR beta full-length protein; Lane 3: empty lane; Lane 4: 250 ng of rHuman LXR beta-Ligand Binding Domain (Agrenvec RF0019).
Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.Optimal dilution conditions should be determined by the final user. Bulk sizes are available upon request. For R&D purposes only. Purchaser must determine the suitability of the product(s) for their particular use.
