Description: Anti-Human FLt3 IgG is developed in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography on protein G (> 98% purity).
Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human FLt3 in expressed in plants.
- ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/2,000. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagent (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of < of 10 ng/well of rhuman FLt3 (RF0041).
- Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/1,000 anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.

Human FLt3 protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1: 2,000 of Anti-Human FLt3 IgG. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 0.25 ug f non glycosylated rHuman Follistatin protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug of rH Flt3-ligand produced in the endosperm tissue of barley grain. Lane 4: 0.5 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rH FLt3 produced in an eukaryotic expression system.
Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.
Optimal dilution conditions should be determined by the final user.
