Description: Anti-Human BAFF Serum is developed in rabbit using recombinant BAFF produced in plants.
Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human BAFF expressed in plants.
Applications:
- ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/4,000. This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of < of 10 ng/well of rhuman BAFF (RF0030).
- Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/5,000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.

Human BAFF protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:10,000 of Anti-Human BAFF Serum. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 1 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rH BAFF produced in an eukaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug of non glycosylated rHuman BAFF protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system.
Where this antibody has not been tested for use in a particular technique this not necessarily excludes its use in such procedures.
