Description: Anti-Human BAFF IgG is developed in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography on protein G (> 98% purity).

Immunogen: Highly pure (>97%) recombinant human BAFF expressed in plants.

  • ELISA: Suggested starting dilution 1/500.  This antibody, in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents (anti-rabbit IgG-AP conjugate), allows the detection of  <10 ng/well of rhuman BAFF protein  (RF0030).
  • Western Blot: Suggested starting dilution 1/1,000. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) is recommended as secondary reagent.
Fig 1. Western Blot analysis of rhuman BAFF using Anti-Human BAFF IgG (RF0055).
Human BAFF protein was resolved by SDS-PAGE, transferred to a NC membrane and probed with a dilution 1:1,000 of Anti-Human BAFF IgG. Anti-rabbit IgG-AP (alkaline phosphatase conjugate) was used as secondary reagent. Lane 1: MWM; Lane 2: 0.25 ug of non glycosylated rHuman BAFF protein produced in a prokaryotic expression system. Lane 3: 0.25 ug of glycosylated isoforms of rH BAFF produced in an eukaryotic expression system.
